DUPS is a society created by and for physics students, and we want to make sure that you get the most that you possibly can out of your time at Durham University.
Throughout the year we will:

Hold socials for everyone to get to know each other in a relaxed and safe environment. These are wonderful opportunities to interact with budding physicists from other colleges and even other years!

Hold talks from professional physicists from both within the department and outside. These will introduce you to physics in the real world and to how it is changing every day.

Provide support and host revision sessions, particularly throughout exam season in Easter Term. These give you the means and space to revise and discuss ideas with fellow physicists.
